The French company Maurel & Prom enters to Pdvsa PetroRegional del Lago company, informed on Monday the People’s Power Minister for Petroleum and president of Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), Manuel Quevedo.

“We welcome the year 2019, and with it we are receiving the company Maurel & Prom which is entering the PetroRegional del Lago Company, fulfilling the instructions of the President Nicolás Maduro Moros, to increase oil production, we are welcoming this company of French origin and capital”, said the head of this office in joint statements with Michel Hochard, general director of the French company.

In order to keep strengthening bilateral relations with the Caribbean countries, the Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, visited Antigua and Barbuda on Monday, with the aim of strengthening various areas of common interest between both countries.

Through his Twitter account @jaarreaza, he made a new call to the Colombian chancellor, Carlos Holmes Trujillo, to ratify all the Bolivarian Government’s collaboration.

After the recent denunciations made by the Colombian government that assures that an attack against the president of the neogranadine nation, Iván Duque, was going to be gestated, the Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, indicated that the National Government has tried to establish links for coordinate intelligence efforts that allow the investigation.
